Today we wanted to have a drink on the terrace and were turned away very unfriendly. Many tables were vacant by some distance. We couldn't understand why we were treated so negatively. Very sad to deal with potential customers like that.

Very nice hotel, friendly courteous staff. The food is very good, the catfish is highly recommended. Rooms modern and clean. The location is great, beautiful lake terrace.

You don't have to give yourself up! Totally unfriendly and not interested in guests. Not able to clear a table with 3 glasses, plates and cutlery in 20 minutes to make room. Better to chat with your colleague and keep the new guests waiting and be treated unfriendly, she has too much to do.

We had our wedding on September 5th, 2020 on the terrace of the Seehotel and we were very enthusiastic about the service of the employees. Despite the rain (which then stopped) we were able to say yes on the terrace in the open air! Thanks a lot for this !!! All employees are very nice and courteous. Fernkorn family

We were today on September 13th. on site and then waited to get a table on the lake terrace. Over half the tables were empty and the chairs were ajar. The waitress then made the very cheeky statement that there was no space and that there was a closed party in the back. We've been here many times, but we didn't expect anything so cheeky and arrogant. We will never come back. This could have been said more nicely, or the problem could have been solved differently.

Beautifully located restaurant with a large terrace directly on the Krakow city lake. I can recommend the kitchen.

Absolutely poor service ... The staff does a very arrogant job, call forwarding to dead number makes a reservation impossible. But complain about Corona. Such shops actually belong in the hands of bankruptcy administrators.

The ice cream was delicious, the view wonderful. What was not so nice was that we were not allowed to sit in the lounge despite the empty seats because it was kept free for the staff to smoke ... I find that impossible as there are other areas for it.

You can sit on the terrace and have small or large meals or just eat ice cream or a drink, friendly service ... and the view of the lake ... wonderful.

Bad service, you feel like the presence of every guest is a burden. Obviously understaffed. Corona measures contradicting one another. Even small special requests for the dishes are not possible. The good location and little competition probably made the owner and employees arrogant.

Pity! The view and location were very nice. Unfortunately, the two waitresses made us feel like we weren't welcome. The restaurant was certainly full and there was a lot to do. In my view, this is no reason to be treated with such contempt. We then decided to go with the competition and were welcomed much friendlier there.

The food is usually like a snack bar, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all! In the area the most sobering result of a well-spent evening and last day of vacation. (We drove a lot of food) the decoration was also unattractive. The only positive thing you can sit on the terrace right on the water.
